Terms and Conditions


  1. All reference(s) to Company shall signify TRU Power and Soft Washing LLC.
  2. All reference(s) to Customer shall signify the customer for whom service is being provided.
  3. Agreement: Execution of this contract with TRU Power and Soft Washing LLC constitutes a legally binding agreement for the completion of work at an agreed-upon price. In the event Customer fails to perform or falls into breach, all deposits made to the Company shall be surrendered by the Customer as damages. Any breach of contract as written by the Company shall result in deposit minus expenses incurred by the Company.
  4. Product Warranties: Warranties are limited to those provided by the manufacturers of products utilized. TRU Power and Soft Washing LLC does not extend additional warranties.   5. Water Usage: By entering this agreement, Customer grants TRU Power and Soft Washing LLC the right to access and use on-site water supply as necessary for the project without compensation. Additional charges may apply if an external water source is required. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure the availability and functionality of the water supply prior to our arrival.
  6. Electrical Usage: By entering this agreement, Customer grants TRU Power and Soft Washing LLC the right to utilize on-site electricity as necessary for the project without compensation. Additional charges may apply if an external power source is necessary.
  7. Color and Tone: Variations in color or tone may occur due to the properties and aging of wood and/or stucco, as well as weather conditions. While we strive to represent final finish colors accurately, variances are inherent in the wood. Customers should anticipate some deviation in the overall finish.
  8. Courtesy: During our presence and work on Customer’s property, Customers are responsible for ensuring the safety of all individuals not associated with or working for TRU Power and Soft Washing LLC, including children and pets, by keeping them away from the work area. Children and pets must be kept from accessing work surface(s) without direct adult/parent/guardian control for at least 24 hours post-completion for safety reasons.
  9. Payments: Payments to TRU Power and Soft Washing LLC are due as outlined in the contract and are to be made by check, debit/credit card, or cash. All outstanding balances are due upon project completion. Late charges will be applied to balances not paid per contract terms. Customers are liable for any collection costs incurred by TRU Power and Soft Washing LLC for late payments, non-payments, or rejected checks.
  10. Scheduling: Scheduling may be impacted by inclement weather beyond either Customer’s or Company’s control. While we strive to minimize scheduling conflicts, circumstances may require adjustments for project(s) start and/or for completion dates; for which Customers will be promptly informed. Commercial properties may require scheduling during low traffic or entity non-business-hours.
  11. Removal & Replacement of Deck Contents: Homeowners are responsible for the clearing/removal and replacement of items such as grills, deck furniture, and planters. TRU Power and Soft Washing LLC is not liable for any damage or breakage to these items if not removed or for any storage-related issues. Additional charges may apply for item removal by the Company.
  12. Damages: TRU Power and Soft Washing LLC is not liable for damages arising from factors such as improperly installed siding, loose shingles, preexisting broken/cracked/chipped windows, or preexisting wood rot (whether known or unknown). We do not guarantee against color variations resulting from sun exposure or weathering. Customers assume the risk of loose mortar which may be dislodgement during cleaning.
  13. Stains: Certain stains, such as tree sap, paint splatters, oil, and rust, may not be removable by power washing. We make efforts to identify such stains during project estimation, but complete removal cannot always be guaranteed.
  14. Watertight/Weathertight: TRU Power and Soft Washing Services expects properties to be in good repair and weathertight. Company is not responsible for damages resulting from water infiltration due to poor installation or maintenance of electrical items, doors, or windows. Company cannot ensure removal of artillery fungus from exterior surfaces.
  15. Window Spotting: Water spotting on windows may occur as a result of our services. Window cleaning is not included in our scope of Company service.
  16. Concrete: The appearance of concrete post-cleaning depends on various factors, including the initial pour and curing process. We do not guarantee uniformity in the appearance of concrete surfaces and customers should expect variations, even within the same area.
  17. On the Day of the Service, please ensure:
    • Have a water spigot ready to use.
    • Clear both the driveway and the street parking area in front of the building.
    • Have all windows and doors closed tightly.
    • Disclose any existing loosened or broken areas.
    • Have all pets inside before and during our service.
    • Clear the work areas (blocked areas might not get cleaned).
    • Put away all sensitive items, especially those you don’t want to get wet.
    • No one has to be home; we can send you the invoice.
